Want a great new recipe for burgers?

100_6461_2 Grill the burger normally with melted mozzarella on top.  I served it on one piece of bread, open-faced and liked it better than in a regular, ol’ bun.  Ok, the best part:  top it with homemade bruschetta.  Here’s the recipe:

6 roma tomatoes, 3 fresh garlic cloves, 3 T olive oil, 2 T balsamic vinegar, 1/4 c fresh basil, 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t black pepper.  Mix all ingredients.

Out of this world yummy!  You gotta try it!  I served mine with a small side of cole slaw.  So good on a warm, early summer day…
